Talking head Julia Hartley-Brewer, whose pontificating on television often brings out her homophobic tendencies, such as when she refused to believe that the Pulse Nightclub killings were motivated by anti-gay hate, may have bitten off more than she can chew this time. So says the black British newspaper The Voice, reporting that two hundred or so people have complained to the broadcast regulator OFCOM over Hartley-Brewer's recent appearance on ITV Morning television, during which she hijacked a discussion over a new picture of the Royal Family to mock Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and attacking their revelation that some members of the Royal Family had made a racist comment about their baby's skin tone. Hartley-Brewer was pulled up by her fellow guests and the presenter Dermot O'Leary, but refused to apologise for her insinuations that black people like Ms Markle took offence for no reason.
