Why Online?
To save on paper, ShoutOut is following suit with many other organisations by posting our email policy on our website and linking to it from emails. We are doing this to reduce the amount of paper used if people print emails we send them.
The Policy
Emails sent by ShoutOut Members, and any attachments to them, may be confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed.
Any views or opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of ShoutOut.
If you are not the intended recipient of the email, you must neither take any action based upon its contents, nor copy or show it to anyone.
