The Pride Shop, which has been trading online for some years from their Nottingham base, has become the latest LGBTQIA business to secure a proper real time shop front from which to trade and welcome members of the community to shop browse and enjoy a safe space. The company says "
We've talked about it for years and now we're finally doing it. We're opening our first permanent space in the heart of Nottingham. The lease has been signed and we're in the process of getting everything ready for an opening in November. The space will have a retail area and a coffee shop. So you can grab a coffee and cake and take a moment to relax in our safe space - which will also be used for classes, talks and small-scale events. Upstairs we'll be opening a therapy space and a small event/group room. You can watch our journey to get the space ready for our grand opening via our social media accounts.
