Odessa Pride Goes Ahead Despite Nazi Threats

19/09/2021

Radio Free Europe says that fifty one members of neo-Nazi group “Tradition and Order” were arrested after violently attacking police and trying to disrput the annual Pride Parade in the City of Odessa, a Black Sea port in the Ukraine. The Police are pursuing a number of charges against the detained. The LGBTQIA protestors outnumbered the Nazis but both groups were dwarfed by the number of police officers on duty.
