Iranian Dissident LGBT+ Station Beams Out

Shortwave listeners using the Dutch University of Twente online receiver reported on Wednesday hearing a rare find in Europe.  On shortwave radio 7610 kilohertz was Radio Ranginkaman, an LGBT+ Persian language radio station that beams into Iran on satellite and shortwave transmitters located in freer countries.  Radio Ranginkaman is beamed to Iran nightly on its shortwave channel to reach LGBTs who may not use the web or satellite dishes.
