The February bulletin of the highly active North Somerset LGBT+ Forum based in the beautiful seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare is out now and reveals what the team are up to for LGBT+ History Month. Their team will be based every Monday during LGBT+ History month out of the Town Hall Library from 1:00pm till 4:00pm with their #BehindTheLens display along with LGBT+ merch from their HQ on Meadow Street, with some brilliant works of LGBT+ literature kindly supplied by the North Somerset Libraries Service. On Sunday 12th February from 11am to 4pm there will be the North Somerset Radical Bookfayre. Running from 11am to 4pm, the event will be split over two venues, the Sanctuary Café at 33 Orchard Street, and the North Somerset LGBT+ Forum Shop at 68 Meadow Street. From 11am to 4pm, check out both venues for literature and groups representing the LGBTQIA+ communities, feminism, minority groups, culture, and politics. And keep an eye out for bargains of all types at the Rumble in the Jumble Sales on Sunday 19th and Sunday 26th February at the Gap Together Hub on Meadow Street for pre-loved goodies, LGBT+ merchandise and donated items. Be eco friendly and pick up a bargain! For more details and full comprehensive listings, visit our website for a link to the Forum internet pages.
