Nazi Hate Party Fails to Take Place

The Jewish Chronicle newspaper reports that a Neo-Nazi, anti-Semitic and homophobic musical festival that was scheduled for the Mid Lothian Scottish town of Bathgate has fallen apart.  Anti-fascist watchdog Hope Note Hate report that around 250 far-right rockers were due to descend on the town at the weekend.  However, the purported venue said on their Facebook page that no such event had been confirmed and that they were not hosting a far right music event.  Hope Not Hate had worked with local political leaders and activist groups as well as minority communities to ensure that the event did not take place.
