Everybody's Talking About Jamie is a film adaptation of the musical of the same name, inspired by a young man's wish to be a teenage drag queen. Witty, visual and life affirming, the film is itself a talking point. At the Edinburgh International Film Festival, there'll be a screening on Friday night, 20th August. As part of the Film Festival in the City initiative, there will be dressing up, cocktails and drag queens overseeing the proceedings in St Andrew Square. The film and the event need to be booked separately. Meanwhile, for a few LGBTQIA pointers to Edinburgh, visit our website for exciting weblinks.
