Question over Axing of TV Documentary

Pink News reports that the BBC have mysteriously dropped plans for a documentary for television by Olympic gay hero Tom Daley and his husband Dustin Lance Black on their journey to parenthood via surrogacy. The couple, who now have a loving family but say that they would like to make it even larger, have made several documentaries for the BBC. Whilst the public service broadcaster said that the programme could not be made due to Mr Daley’s training commitments, some television insiders have apparently said that the decision is “unusual”. A television industry expert told the Daily Mirror “There’s been some scratching of heads among observers as it was strange to unveil plans only for them to be shelved”.
