Only Sky, the secular web portal, says that a new survey of Canadians reveals that most think that evangelical Christians are bad for society. Members of the most popular religions—and people with “no religion”—were asked about each faith in the country. The result, says Only Sky, was that even mainstream Protestant Christians believe that evangelical Christians do more harm than good. Hemant Metha reporting for Only Sky says “No one likes evangelical Christians… except evangelical Christians. Every other group, from Catholics to Atheists says they do more harm than good”. One blogger at the web site said "They’re anti-gay, anti-trans, anti-choice, anti-sex, anti-science, anti-refugee, anti-immigrant, anti-intellectual, pro-virus, pro-cruelty, pro-death penalty, and pro-bigotry."
