Dignity USA, a network for LGBTQIA+ Roman Catholics and their friends, has published its summer bulletin. They have a new treasurer, a new postal address and are launching various initiatives for Pride season. In their lead story, they say "DignityUSA is now piloting a Spiritual Companion Program. During the course of the program, participants will be paired with a fellow Dignity member from a different walk of life. Companions will be paired based on answers provided on a questionnaire designed to gain basic information about location, age-range, spiritual, sexual, and gender identity, and preferred method of communication. Companions will be encouraged to discuss topics ranging from coming out, to faith journeys, to the impact of Dignity in their lives. Participation is open to all ages. In fact, we encourage people from different age groups and backgrounds to participate since the goal of this program is to deepen connections among our members of different generations and learn from our unique experiences."
