Groups Unite for Anti-Fascist March on 18th

The left wing weekly newspaper “Socialist Worker” says that a national demonstration against the far right will be convened by the campaigning network “Stand Up to Racism” on Saturday 18th March. A wide variety of progressive organisations, ranging from church groups, refugee supporters, NGOs, left, anarchist and environmental groups are expected to unite for the demonstration. The protest will also be backed by the Trades Union Congress. The main marches will be in Glaschu / Glasgow, Caerdydd / Cardiff and London, with local events also taking place.
