On Television Monday 25th February

24/02/2019

Several programmes of interest to the LGBT community and campaigners for sexual freedom will be transmitted on Monday evening, 25th February on the main television services in the UK. On BBC-1 at 8pm, “Panorama: Trans Kids and Why Medicine Matters” will be closely monitored by trans activist groups in case the programme has been compromised by a type of extremist feminist who call themselves “TERFS”. These women were responsible for recent vandalism of public monuments across the country and last year attempted to disrupt the annual Gay Pride Parade in Central London.

Meanwhile, on Channel Four at 10pm, “The Making of Me” is the last in a series of positively received programmes on people who are making the decision to transition and the implications of this. Over on Channel Five, and also at 10pm, there will be a programme about a woman's decision to work in the adult industry, following her journey and finding out why people might choose such a career.
