LGBTQ Media in Tribute to Queen

Many community radio stations serving the LGBTQIA communities suspended their normal programmes as a mark of respect as the late Queen Elizabeth II was laid to rest on Monday 19th September. The Midlands based Gorgeous FM, Manchester based Gaydio, Newcastle based Pride Radio and Rochester based Medway Pride Radio all broadcast continuous chill out and ambient music for the duration of the day before resuming normal programmes as the period of official mourning began to come to an end.
