Lighthouse Bookstore, the long standing Scottish radical bookstore, presents the city's progressive and radical bookfair on the long weekend from 5th to 9th November. The venue will be the city's Assembly Rooms. Named "Ecosystems of Change", the bookfair organisers say "From the songs & stories of Chumbawumba's Boff Whalley to a panel of fighting the Far Right, from guidance on living (and creating) in a world in crisis, to a roadmap for Feminism today, we've got a truly phenomenal offering for you this year." They're also looking for volunteers to help steward the fair and staff the organisational posts that need to be filled for the event to run smoothly.
