Marlon Bundo, the family pet rabbit of right wing conservative opponent of LGBTQIA civil rights, Mike Pence, has passed on to bunny heaven, according to the Guardian newspaper. But as the Guardian pointed out, Bundo levaes behind an interesting legacy of LGBTQIA activism. The Pence family published a series of saccharine books featuring the adventures of their rabbit. This prompted comedian John Oliver to launch his own Marlon Bundo adventure, in which the rabbit seeks the love of another boy rabbit. It quickly outsold the official Bundo books and became a firm US gay favourite even topping the Amazon charts.
