Reforms Could Occur as Kosovo Left Wing Wins

There is hope for some LGBTQ Law Reform in Kosovo, a state in South Eastern Europe, where the left wing “Self Determination” Party won a decisive victory in the General Election on Sunday.  However, Euronews TV reported that the main and primary task facing the incoming government is to heal relations with neighbouring Serbia, from which Kosovo split during the bitter Yugoslav Civil Wars during the 1990’s.
