German Ally Storjohann Has Passed On

German LGBTQIA+ groups have acknowledged the passing of Bundestag politician Gero Storjohann who has died at the age of sixty four. Mr Storjohann was a representative affiliated to the CDU, a Centre Right Christian Democratic Party. However, he voted in favour of the introduction of marriage equality, breaking with the majority of his party in the German Parliamentary vote of 2017.
