New Online LGBTQIA Radio Station In Ireland

In Ireland, Pride Vibes is a new online radio station that has started streaming to the web out of Dublin. The station is owned by Wireless Ireland, a company that already operates several local radio services in the Republic. The station says that it aims to be more than just a music network, and will provide features and shorts on LGBTQIA history and culture in conjunction with the long standing Gay Community News webportal. A spokesperson explained ““Pride Vibes will be there to shine a light on Irish life by celebrating the successes of the LGBTQIA+ community and start conversations around the issues that matter. The station’s focus is across the entire community, both nationally and locally, and in conjunction with the community, Pride Vibes hopes to make a difference.”
