Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband Justin Mikita have welcomed their first child, named Beckett Mercer Ferguson-Mikita, says the media and cultural website Digital Spy. Jesse and Justin went public that they were expecting a child in an episode of the Late Late Show aired on American Television, earlier in the year. And showing what a great parenting couple they’re going to be, they asked for no gifts at a “baby shower” arranged for them by friends and colleagues, but instead donations to the charity No Kid Hungry, which campaigns on child poverty. “Modern Family” has finished its run on ABC Television in the states, but is still available on Sky One in the United Kingdom, and is of course also available as a downloadable boxset.
