Out Magazine reports that Pop star Jessie J apologized to her ex, a woman, in an unreleased song performed at an acoustic show in Los Angeles.
Out Magazine's Taylor Henderson was in attendance at Monday night's intimate performance at the Teragram Ballroom on May 6th. Jessie began the show in the balcony and as she walked down to the stage, she informed the audience that she was going to cover her career chronologically, then jumped into the first song she'd ever written, "Big White Room." The lyric which made the audience gasp with both awe and joy was "2012, I broke up with my beautiful girlfriend... With the press in my face, called it a phase, babe I'm sorry." Jessie had told the Daily Mirror paper that she had been in a bisexual phase that she was now interested in settling down with a man. The new lyric suggests strongly that Jessie is still very much bisexual and embraces this as just one aspect of her remarkable identity as a singer and a woman.
