Grimmy Walks for Mental Health

BBC Radio  presenter and television host Nick Grimshaw took part in a televised walk of seven miles across the North East coast of England on Wednesday evening, 19th November.  The walk was filmed in September, and found Mr Grimshaw discussing environment, mental wellbeing, meditation and his plans to start a family with his boyfriend.  He met local ramblers, canoeists and fisherpeople who work and idle around the North East.  The charming programme with a deep and thoughtful gay hero presenter, went out on BBC Four Television.
