Hospital Channel Shows Way as It Quits "X"

03/12/2024

Radio Brockley, the respected hospital radio service for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital based in North West London, has decided to come off of the hate platform X, formerly known as Twitter.  They are not the first and will certainly not be the last grass roots broadcaster to take a stance.  The station succinctly explained as follows "Given the misinformation and hate that has been propagated via X (formerly Twitter), and the behaviour of its owner Elon Musk, we have taken the decision to deactivate our X account.  Please like and follow us on Instagram and Facebook".
