Swindon Pride Plans Come Together

Well, it's been all about Bristol and London Pride this weekend, but plans are now well advanced for Swindon and Wiltshire Pride, which will see many LGBTQ people from around the West Country gather at Town Gardens in the old part of town, for a tenth annual day out. Headlining the main stage will be Mica Paris, legendary soul singer and friend of the community, with contributions from many local bands and celebrities. A family zone will be open for people with young children to entertain, and the community zone will include stalls from organisations as diverse as Terrence Higgins Trust Wiltshire, Victim Support and Empower the Gambia.
