LGBTQIA Animal Advocates Can Attend Gathering

02/04/2024

Animal Aid, a campaign group which has considerable support from LGBTQIA animal rights campaigners, vegetarians and vegans, and one of whose patrons is well known activist Peter Tatchell, says that it is holding a presentation from several important figures in animal welfare.  The event takes place on Thursday 2nd May, in the run up to the May Day Bank Holiday weekend, and is at the East Village Cafe in Clifton Village, Bristol.  Addressing the audience will be Doctor Carol Treasure, founder of an animal free testing lab called XCellR8, and Iain Green from the Animal Aid organisation.  The event starts at 6pm and there will be vegan canapes and drinks.  For further information, check out the Animal Aid website, available via all good search engines.
