Media website RCS Radio Today reports that the Caoital Radio Network of stations is to host a summertime ball of queer friendly artists on 6th June.
Take That have been confirmed as the latest addition to the bill for Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard, set to take place at Wembley Stadium on 6th June.
The legendary pop group will join an already star-studded line-up for the day-long event in the capital, alongside performers such as RAYE, Niall Horan, Calvin Harris, Fatboy Slim and Lola Young.
The news was revealed this morning on Capital Breakfast by presenters Jordan North, Chris Stark and Siân Welby. Take That have been added ahead of their own series of stadium tour dates scheduled for later this year.
Other acts on the bill include Jason Derulo, Bebe Rexha, Robyn, Myles Smith, Stephen Sanchez, XG, Sekou, Sienna Spiro, December 10 and MEEK. Capital have also confirmed that a special Barclaycard Out of the Blue performance will take place on the day.
Speaking about the announcement, Jordan, Chris and Siân said: "We're thrilled to announce Take That are joining the line-up. We're absolutely buzzing for this year's Ball."
