We are always pleased to be able to report on events and developments in LGBTQIA Media and allied outlets. In Bristol, community youth broadcaster NOODS Radio, which recently celebrated ten years online, has come to the Digital DAB+ platform, broadcasting over the city as does our home station BCFM and others such as Ujima Radio and SWU. Co-founded by local female activist Izzy Cross, the Noods Radio project champions local and up and coming talent across a wide range of music genres. It particularly celebrates helping women, AFAB and non-binary people gain an audience with a view to helping them progress their careers.

Listeners in Bristol may have to "rescan" their digital radio sets to get a full compliment of stations including Noods.
