Gay clothing brand Andrew Christian, which also blogs extensively online, have compiled a list of the maddest, but baddest anti-queer conspiracy theories on the internet. Serious in that they feed into the strangest ancient prejudices about LGBTQIA people, the conspiracies are also worthy of ridicule and contempt in their insanity. The top five conspiracies are – that homosexual men are using educational resources to recruit children to become gay, that samesex marriage will lead to men becoming second class citizens because all women are secretly militant lesbians, that former President Obama is turning frogs gay with chemicals in the environment, that transwomen are poised to attack women and men to turn them trans, and finally, that Ellen De Generes is secretly running the world.
