Not strictly LGBTQIA related, except to say that a hige number of our community are fans of musical theatre, of the past and present. And, a project that broadcasts the best of musicals over the internet has just marked six years of successful transmitting.
Box Office Radio was first launched in 2020, is run entirely by volunteers who present, produce and support the broadcasts, according to media website RCS Radio Today. Their manager Paul Scott spoke of his pleasure in working with a group of people who love musical theatre and were committed to promoting the best of musicals. Unsurprisingly, the musicals station, and others like it, have a large LGBTQIA audience.
