Thirty Years of the LGBTQIA Friendly Cowfolk

22/04/2022

Bristol community radio broadcaster SWU reports that the LGBTQIA friendly football and general sports teams the Easton Cowfolk, are marking their thirtieth anniversary this Spring.  Originally just a football team called the Easton Cowboys, the socially conscious teams now take part in a variety of sports and have been involved in various campaigns over the years including Zapatista solidarity in Mexico.  The organisation is proudly anti-racist, anti-homophobic and anti-transphobic and has many LGBTQIA supporters.
