Formula 1 Legend Comes Out To Applause

Ralf Schumacher, has come out as gay to raptuous support from across the free world.  Mr Schumacher won six Formula 1 races and is a legendary motor sports ambassador.  He was previously married to a woman, but has now announced that he has been with his partner Etienne for the last two years.  Pink News, the top British LGBT+ newswire, takes up the story, reporting "Schumacher, who turned 49 last month, announced the news on Instagram, uploading a photo of himself and his partner Etienne looking at a sunset. The pictured was captioned: “The most beautiful thing in life is when you have the right partner by your side with whom you can share everything.”  Mr Schumacher's son David said that he was "one hundred per cent" supportive of his father and welcomed the news that Ralf was publicly out.  Schumacher drove for Jordan, Williams and Toyota. He started 180 races, winning six. He left Formula One in 2007.
