Boxing Clever with Gay Boxing Clubs in Aus

ABC Radio Sydney meets up with boxer Martin Stark this week.  Mr Stark took up boxing as a healing outlet after recovering from a outbreak of the condition Addison’s disease.  He explains that despite some homophobia in the boxing sport, he has been welcomed into the boxing scene in Australia and even played his first bout after entering the arena in a rainbow flag, to be met with cheers from the enthusiastic audience.  Mr Stark hopes to set up boxing clubs that will focus on LGBTQIA people interested in the sport.
