Controversial "LGB" Group Probed by Tribunal

19/09/2022

Pink News reports that in the UK, a tribunal starting on 9th September will determine whether the controversial group LGB Alliance is fit to be considered a charity and to have status as such registered with the Charity Commission. The case against the organisation has been brought by trans youth organisation Mermaids and the Good Law Project. Pink News has published an extensive guide to the legal arguments in the case, and they can be found via a link on our website’s news feed.
