Telegraph Clashes with Animal Rights Groups

25/06/2019

Talk Radio station LBC reports that the “Daily Telegraph” newspaper has attacked the respected animal welfare charity the RSPCA as being “taken over” by the more militant wing of the animal rights movement, and that it is now focussed on banning angling and shooting sports. Now we know that LGBT people are, according to most studies, more interested in issues of ecology and animal welfare than a control sample of heterosexuals and cisgender people. Gay bloggers online have rounded on the “Daily Telegraph” newspaper, pointing out that it has long been called the “Daily Torygraph” by satirists and noting that long ago, the paper was compromised by homophobic weirdos, with one 1988 headline actually asking the hilarious question “Is there a homosexual conspiracy”. The Daily Telegraph has long opposed LGBT freedom and although there are dissenting voices on its columnist rosta, it is usually considered a hostile media outlet.
