About The Awards

This year, the ShoutOut Listeners' Awards are back again - and they are bigger than ever!

Born from the demise of the Pink Paper and their awards, the ShoutOut team decided back in 2012 to bring about their very own version. Whilst we spend a lot of the year interviewing and talking to some amazing people and organisations, many of whom you give a lot of praise to as well, we decided to help by giving you, our listeners, a voice.

The ShoutOut Listeners' Awards are your chance to tell us who you think is the "best of the best" - those people, groups, businesses, etc. that deserve special recognition.

How does it work?

The ShoutOut Listeners' Awards are divided into several categories with several awards available in each category. We divide the voting into two rounds...

Round 1 - Open Nominations

Round one is completely open. You can vote for anyone in any of the categories and awards available.

Round 2 - Short Listed Voting

Once round 1 has closed, we shortlist your top five in each award and put them back up for you to vote on.

What are the dates?

Round 1 opens - during our live broadcast show on the 24/11/2022. Listen in to hear the exact timings.
Round 1 closes - during our live broadcast Christmas show on 22/12/2012. Listen in to hear the exact timings.

Round 2 opens - during our live broadcast show on the 05/01/20123. Listen in to hear the exact timings.
Round 2 closes - Midnight, 31/01/2023.

When are the winners announced? Well....
