The US based group WATER, standing for Women's Alliance for Theology, Ethics and Ritual, is a feminist, LGBTQIA+ affirming spiritual network which seeks to work in the religious sphere to promote social justice and peace. They are holding their annual essay competition, and report "Feminist work in religion and social change is accomplished in many ways, not least of which is through writing.
