The BBC News Channel reports that Avon and Somerset Police are looking for witnesses to a homophobic attack in St Nicholas Street, which left a young gay man with a fractured eye socket. The man was assaulted by three aggressive heterosexual thugs, at around two in the morning on 20th January, outside the gay friendly Irish bar, Seamus O'Donnells. Here are the descriptions of the violent men who assaulted the man.
Suspect one is white, approximately 5ft 6ins to 5ft 8ins, bald with short, brown facial hair. He was wearing a blue buttoned-up jacket, blue jeans and white trainers.
Suspect two is white, approximately 5ft 9ins, with strawberry-blonde hair with a long fringe. He was wearing white trainers, black jeans, a black puffed coat and a white T-shirt.
Suspect three is white, around 5ft 9ins, with strawberry-blonde hair. He was wearing white trainers, beige chinos, a black zip top with white T-shirt.
