Help Wanted in Solving Phobic Crime

The Keynsham based small newspaper The Week in says that witnesses are appealed for after a gay man was abused and assaulted in North Common. Two men were walking in Cloverlea Road on Thursday 17th August, when they were followed by a group of teens between the ages of 12 and 17. The teenagers shouted homophobic abuse at the two men and one of them punched one of the men. The boy responsible for this assault is described as aged about fifteen, five foot five inches of medium build and dark hair. He was wearing black trousers and a white t-shirt. Police are seeking any information about this attack and be called on 101 or you can contact the charity Crimestoppers.
