Small Town Boys

The world premiere of Tim McArthur’s Small Town Boys at the Union Theatre is based on a true story, which follows two strangers as they reminisce about growing up as gay men in their hometown of Middlesborough. The men discover they both dated the same boy at the same time when they were teenagers, unaware of each other’s existence. The show explores the journey of first love and how it’s not always what it seems. PLUS, Act Up, on their fight to keep funding going for HIV support.
