Struggle of Tennessee Trans Youngster

17/05/2022

The US based gay magazine the Advocate reports that Tennessee police burst into the bedroom of a sixteen year old trans girl during a live webcast. The young woman, Wynn, was talking to her supporters and followers about the fact that she had been coerced into home schooling because she refused to obey a school edict that she use the boys’ toilets. “Honestly, I just want to go to school,” Wynn said. “But they don't want me to go to school because I'm trans. I'm just really stressed out." But initial fears that Wynn was being targeted by the Police because she was away from school turned out to be unfounded. The Police were conducting a welfare check as Wynn had indicated in webcasts that the authorities were trying to “either kill me or put me into foster care”. However a later online post, apparently from Wynn, suggested that she had now been placed into emergency care.
