Claim that "Mum" and "Dad" are banned a lie

The street sold newspaper The Big Issue has exposed as a tabloid lie the reports that appeared in the Daily Telegraph and Daily Express last week that the popular and large LGBTQ charity Stonewall was lobbying for the words “mother” and “father” to be abolished. The people responsible for the false and malicious reports were found to be anti-transgender feminists, who have turned on the Stonewall charity since it started to campaign for trans equality. Egged on by anti-gay people in the popular press, who have always wanted to undermine the charity and its work, the preposterous stories took flight. The Big Issue noted that they served no purpose other than to rile the conservative middle England population that buys papers like the Telegraph. In reality the use of generic terms like “parent or guardian” have been used by schools for at least the last forty years.
