Obituary - Mitzi Davies

Julia Langdon writes in the Guardian about the life and times of actress Mitzi Davies, who has passed on at the age of eighty one. Davies appeared in many roles over the years on British television, including The Avengers, The Sweeney, Z-Cars, Minder, The Woodlanders, Dr Finlay’s Casebook and Coronation Street. Latterly she had lived on the island of Corfu and married Judy Mackrell and enjoyed what was described as a “blissfully happy life”. Mitzi is survived by her wife Judy and her children from a previous relationship.
