Kaja Kallas has been sworn in as the first female Prime Minister of Estonia, a small country on the Baltic Sea that gained independence from the domineering Russians in 1991. She leads the Reform Party, which governs with the support of the Estonian Centre Party. The Reform Party is liberal internationalist in outlook and advocates free market policies. It has much support in the cities of Estonia, particularly amongst younger and socially liberal thinking people.
