TV Tip: Bi Fronted Legends "Queen" On CH5

The weekend goes out with a tone of rock operative brilliance for television viewers on Sunday night, as Channel Five television in the UK screen “Queen: The Band that Rocked You”. The documentary takes us back to the days of Smile, the band that existed before Queen, and how Asian bisexual hero, Farroukh Bolsara, better known as Freddie Mercury, steered them to the rock anthem making machine of the mid seventies. With exclusive interviews with the current members of the band, the documentary also looks at the making of the musical “We Will Rock You”, based on the songs of Queen.
