A Savage Career Indeed! CH5 Profiles O'Grady

On Sunday evening, 6th June, a special programme airs on Channel Five looking at the career of Paul O'Grady. One of the most prominent gay television entertainers, O'Grady first cut his teeth on the drag circuit in London with his outrageous alter ego, Lily Savage. Savage has been out of action for a long time, but this show will connect the different sections of O'Grady's life, as he graduated from a drag performer, to television presenter and today an chat show host and presenter of numerous programmes himself.
