Adam Price sets out Plaid's Brexit Position

Adam Price, currently the only gay party leader of any Westminster represented political party, has said that the party he represents, Plaid Cymru will be voting against the government’s Brexit strategy when it comes before the Commons.  Plaid Cymru is a welsh nationalist party and part of the Federation of Regional Social and Left wing parties in the European Union.  It advocates independence for Wales within a strong federal EU structure.  It has strong anti-nuclear and regional pacifist positions on international geopolitics.  Mr Price went on “This Tory Hard Brexit will destroy jobs in sectors like manufacturing, rips up workers’ rights and environmental standards and undermines devolution. No party that claims to stand up for Wales, or for working people, can do anything other than oppose this deal.”
