More Positive Coverage for Pride MBE Daryn

The local community newspaper for East Bristol, The Week In, adds its voice to those commending local people who have been honoured in the Queen's delayed birthday honours list. The paper notes that Daryn Carter has been made an MBE for services to the LGBTQ Community through his stewardship of Pride and says that locally, Mr Carter was also honoured by Bristol Civic authorities who awarded him the Freedom of the City of Bristol. Daryn paid tribute to all the people who have supported Pride and the volunteers he has worked with, whom he described as “incredible”.
