A Go Fund Me Page has been set up to support the continued work of Bristol's main anarchist centre, today named BASE, but formerly and for many years known as Kebele, at 14 Robertson Road. A centre for radical politics, with services including a weekly vegan cafe, address services and bookshop, the centre is run on principles of equality and mutual aid. LGBTQIA freedom has been a key principle around which the centre has been operated. Hit hard by the pandemic, the project needs funds to continue being what it says is a "not for profit space has contributed so much to Bristol's good reputation as a city of radical and progressive politics".
