Bristol Pride have been in touch with their supporters. Two weeks after the hugely successful return of the event after the Covid19 enforced hiatus, the organisers say that it is time to learn what the community wants for future Prides and what was successful this time around. They say “It was a very special festival and we just want to say thank you to all of you for supporting us. It was incredible to see so many of you joining us for Pride Day and the Parade March which filled the city streets with Pride... and joy! It's also our moment to take a stand against prejudice and hatred, to celebrate our community but also keep fighting for equality for us all. As an organisation we'll keep doing that all year round too”. Their survey will be mailed out to everyone on their mailing list. Meanwhile, the date for next year’s main festival event has been announced as Saturday 8th July 2023.
