Non-Binary Food Critic Wins Damages

Food columnist Jack Monroe, who identifies as non-gender binary, has told reporters of the abuse they suffered after notorious right wing motormouth Katie Hopkins wrongly accused them of supporting graffiti on war memorials. Jack compiled more than six ring binders full of abusive tweets from Hopkins' moronic supporters. Although Jack nearly, by their own admission, fell apart during the entire process of seeking redress, the columnist emerged victorious this week after Hopkins was ordered to pay compensation and hundreds of thousands of pounds in costs. For liberal media such as the Guardian newspaper, Jack's case draws an important line in the sand and establishes that the extreme right wing cannot say what it likes with impunity. The Daily Mirror however, noted that Katie Hopkins may try and appeal the court decision.
